Music makes for such strange bed fellows Tex and Stomp.

I love Leonard Cohen. "Songs of Leonard Cohen" is a masterpiece.

I once got a great laugh out of an audience by dragging out the second line of the third verse of Bird on a wire.

Re: Leonard Cohen
Unfortunately he is best known for the quite repetitive Hallelujah. Anyone who enjoys a bit of poetic imagery should listen to Ballad of the Absent Mare, or Joan of Arc, both can be found on YouTube.

Leonard Cohen trivia quiz:

"I remember you well in the Chelsea Hotel
You were talking so brave and so sweet
Giving me head on the unmade bed
While the limousines wait in the street."

Who was giving him head? No googling

Miserable, boring, shit, arty shite for pseudo-intellectuals

Yes the man was lugubrious and sensitive, he was also literate and funny as shit!
The world is a brighter place that he passed our way.
Maybe he'll spend more time in the garden he obviously missed.

Great poet, wordsmith, musician and singer. I was a fan from the mid 60s.
Had the pleasure of meeting him twice. Top bloke, IMO.
